We went looking for printed Christmas underscrubs and there is almost nothing out there. Plenty of holiday sweatshirts, plenty of printed scrub tops, and almost no festive layer built to go underneath. Rather than pad this page with sweatshirts that do not fit under a scrub top, we are showing the layers that genuinely work and being honest that the printed ones are still coming.
What works in the meantime
A solid holiday-color base layer under an assigned scrub color does more than you would think, and a two or three pack gets you through a week of December nights without doing laundry at 2am.
